By using chuiassistant.com or engaging Chui Data Assistant for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide data cleaning, validation, and enrichment services as agreed in each project scope. Deliverables and timelines are confirmed via email before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share any data files with us. You must not submit data that contains sensitive personal information (health records, financial account numbers, ID documents) without first agreeing a specific NDA and data handling protocol with us.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed scope.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential. We will not disclose your data or business information to third parties except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. We are not liable for downstream business losses arising from data errors that were not caused by our direct work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
