Farm-to-export data that actually reconciles.
Produce moves through more paperwork than almost anything else — intake, grading, cold storage, shipping, invoicing — each stage logged by someone different, and the totals rarely agree by the time they’re compared. I handle the part that keeps those records honest: reconciling volumes end to end, tracing a lot back to source, and building the reports a pack-house or export desk actually runs on.
| Intake | Packed | Var | |
| 1 | 640 | 640 | 0 |
| 2 | 812 | 790 | -22 |
| 3 | 705 | 705 | 0 |

Volumes that don’t reconcile end to end?
If intake doesn’t reconcile with dispatch, a certification audit is coming and the evidence is scattered, or you can’t see which growers are actually carrying the losses — describe it and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
This page describes what I can do — not a list of programmes I’ve worked on.
